At Asset Bank we develop and implement both standard and made to measure Digital Asset Management software for clients. The term Digital Asset covers everything from images to videos to powerpoint presentations and our software provides complete digital management of all these assets.

One of the most popular assets that our clients need help with is the storage, management and sharing of images.

How do you share your assets with people outside your organisation or supplier list, for example press contacts, without them logging in to your Digital Asset Management system?

The answer is through our new Publish Lightbox feature.

Publish Lightbox allows users outside of Asset Bank to review assets and their metadata and choose to download some or all of them.

In Customer Support, we are always looking for ways to improve our high level of service to clients. The most recent focus was to advance the way we track our support tickets.

To assist us in this process we have invested in a Customer Support ticket system called Zendesk. This system allows us to organise and prioritise our incoming workload in a clear, structured way. It ensures we respond to support tickets within our Service Level Agreement and work with our clients to solve their support tickets as promptly as possible.

Smaller companies tend to start off storing their assets on a shared network folder. This works for them as, due to their size, they tend not to have many assets to share. So looking through a few folders and finding what they need is not a time-consuming task.

Administrator Training

For new Asset Bank administrators we offer both on-line and on-site training. This is an ideal way to help you understand all aspects of the system including managing users, configuring the user interface and utilisation of reports. Please contact us should this be of interest.
